CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, especially if you are exhibiting COVID 19-related symptoms, such as a high temperature, cough or sore throat--whether mild or severe; or have come into contact with and been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID 19. During this time, the number of clients that I am able to see, due to the procedures I must follow to assure a clean and safe environment for my clients, is limited. I respectfully request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel your session. A cancellation in a timely manner allows me time to inform standby clients about an available appointment session. Should you fail to give adequate notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service.
